| Bio: | Charles spent over 20 years in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. He graduated with undergraduate degrees in English and Math/Computer Science. He then completed a PhD in Statistics after the left side of his brain won the Career Path Battle. But the right side never gave up.
