DIME STORE DEBUTANTE

Got an idea for a story surfing the Internet and reading book sales on Publisher's Weekly and banged out this chapter this morning. I'd like to know if this idea has legs and is worth developing further. I thought I'd include low-cost beauty/grooming tips throughout, too. Thanks for taking a look.
